INSTRUCTIONS
1. Mount or burn SimCity 4 Deluxe Disc 1 and 2

2. Install Using Key From KeyGen (wich is recomended)
Open The keyGen Select SC4 and click generate and add the key

NOTE: the keygen is not a virus it is a simple stand alone app that works for many EA games and has been fully tested and all keys will work online 100%

4. Copy the No CD crack "SC4.exe" into directory EXAMPLE C:Program FilesMaxisSimCity 4 Deluxe

5.Add the mods (wich have a set of instructions for the mods in the mods.rar) Then start the game and have fun!!!!!!!!!
