Sidekicks [Featuring Chuck Norris] (1992) MKV DVDRip

Encoded the movie Sidekicks into MKV h.264 format with English Audio.

This is hard to find movie, the DVD is overpriced and the uploads I could find looked horrible but watchable. I got the DVD and I could see half the reason why they were horrible. I normally dont bother with live action encodes, but because of it's rarity and overpriced DVD and me wanting to watch this movie to see if its any good, I went ahead and encoded it.

The DVD had a very poor video transfer so there was only so much I could do with it to fix it up. Its not top notch quality, but its certainly alot better than anything I managed to find for download.

The movie is pretty good but I think you will only enjoy it alot if
1. Your a fan of Chuck Norris
2. You enjoy movies like The Karate Kid or martial arts based stories.
3. You were a kid growing up in the 90's

Other than those 3 factors to get you to like it, its not an amazingly good movie so don't get your expectations too high if you don't fit one of those 3 factors. I enjoyed it though.

For playback all you need is the proper codec if you dont already have it.
Combined Community Codec Pack (which I prefer) or the K-Lite Codec pack should give you all you need and more to play these back.

You should be able to hear audio just fine if you have one of the mentioned codec packs above. If you cannot hear any audio and do not want to install a codec pack for some reason, then you do not have and need the nero aac audio codec. As of today it can be found here.
