Installed twice, once without the components at the end and the second time with.

Regardless of launching with DX11 or DX9 the game crashes every time on startup, stating it's encountered an error and needs to close.

Upon searching this is one of those "mystery" issues some games seem to come out with, and has no reliable fix stated out there.So the issues are probably on my end, and the torrent's likely not at fault.
