Shotokan Karate - Kumite.7z

Instructions on performing some basic kumite and techniques in the style of Shotokan Karate



Format of video is in raw DVD layout which means it is a VIDEO_TS folder which contains VOB files and title menus, etc.



You may use a program like DVD Shrink to burn it to a DVD, or PowerDVD can play it like a normal DVD if you open location and select the VIDEO_TS folder. There are other ways to convert/play it but these are the 2 most common that I know of.



I felt it would be better to leave it in this raw format and leave it up to the discretion of the user on how to convert it based on their preference.



I used 7zip to compress it.
