Great movie, but not so fair to the father of David, he was in fact very protective of him for obvious reasons, and for the people that learn to know rachmaninovs third from this movie, the David Helfgott version is one of the most sold recordings, but also by far the most poorest, about 80% of it is sloppy and full of errors, please buy a different one if you love this piece, i would recommend one by the folling: Horowitz, Argerich, Matsuev, Ashkenazy, each one of those is played with the respect the piece demands, matter of taste which one you like best, but they are all beautifull to me, also if you get the chance go see it live, its spectacular and impressive, you will remember it the rst of you life! Thank for this Torrent, and all in all this movie is still great to watch (apart from the inaccurecies)
