Found a fix... Go to Program Files (x86)Shadow Warrior Data Localisation Open config_EN with notepad. Change the value of ui_font from "sw" to "sw_en" :D

The game works, but it starts up in a weird language.. you would have thought that the uploader would have tested it beforehand :/
