a half arsed tvrip thats loses -100ms per ad break.. its about -600ms out in end segment
not that it really matters much as dont see faces speaking that much but you can manually
tweak it in VLC audio sync tool pull down.
if only the capper learnt some editing and use the right tools- might be a mac user :)

I couldnt be blowed cutting it up and resyncing like I usually do .. as I suspect a HD 400p version will show up sometime soon
