About the Author Frank Garcia is a science fiction media journalist in Vancouver whose work has appeared in Cinefantastique, Filmfax, Starlog and Video Watchdog. Mark Phillips is a correspondent for Starlog who has also written articles for Cinefantastique, Filmfax, Outre and Britain's TV Zone. He lives in Victoria, British Columbia.
