SAS Are you Tough Enough - Uncut.



Dermot O'Leary hosts the hard-hitting BBC2 reality game show, with input from ex-SAS member Barry Davies, challenging 30 contestants to prove that they are tough enough to survive SAS initiation. From all walks of life, the contestants are subjected to relentless pressure in 10 days of SAS training. WIth nothing but the bare essentials all 30 contestants undergo vigorous challenges designed to assess resilience, speed, efficiency and mental and physical strength.



The challenges include the Fan Dance, Long Drag, Freefall Parachute Jumping and a Recce and Rescue of a Hostage from a Farmhouse. We also meet former SAS members who offer a devastating insight into the most closely guarded force. After each challenge contestants are eliminated until only the toughest are left.



Ripped from DVD - If i remember correctly this is not the complete series as shown on BBC , just an abridged version as you can see by the running time.
