(NOTE: This torrent appears to have no seeds. I am only using it as an example of what to look for.)
The torrent at the link has the complete disc file structure (BDMV, CERTIFICATE, etc.) and you can use ImgBurn to turn this into a burnable ISO image that you can either burn to a dual-layer BD-R or mount and play using, for example, DaemonTools Lite and Cyberlink's PowerDVD.
The second option for obtaining a complete and unaltered Blu-ray is to look for large uploads (usually 25GB or higher) that have a single .iso file. For whatever reason, these are becoming less popular now in favor of uploading the complete, ripped file structure as shown above.
