To use extract using Winzip or any other program like it. Open the Trainer, then open the game and press the keys for the corresponding cheat/hack you want. I've tested this out myself and it does work.

NUMPAD 1 = INFINITE HEALTH
NUMPAD 2 = NO RELOAD
NUMPAD 3 = INFINITE AMMO
NUMPAD 4 = INFINITE MONEY
NUMPAD 5 = INFINITE EXPERIENCE
NUMPAD 6 = INFINITE CLUSTERS
NUMPAD 7 = SUPER SPEED
NUMPAD 8 = NO OVERHEAT
NUMPAD 9 = NO NOTORIETY
NUMPAD 0 = RAPID FIRE
NUMPAD / = ONE HIT KILL
NUMPAD * = FAST GAIN EXPERIENCE
NUMPAD + = INCREASE GAME SPEED
