Ok took sics v2 and thought i'd do a basic re-encode....they did a good job and levelled up the video nicely,a little bit more
cropped than infernos but not much.Down side it was dark and fill of noise ....not so much their fault but how the source was so ...

Workdone:
Just made a script to inc heavy noise filter aswell as adding HQ smoother in vdub to it ...also changed the brightness,contrast,hue+intes,
sharpness,chroma etc...
Audio dropped in AA and cleaned it up nicely as it was full of noise.

Overall v 6.5 a 7 m8 .....still needs better video IMHO,but ok for small tv viewing.
