Anyone else having this glitch where you can'tkill anything?
The game was working as intended but I added this DLC and now I get kill in 2 hits and I deal NO damage regardless of the enemies displaying the damage numbers O.O

What it is is content that was stripped from the shipped retail product (often stuff that's locked, in the case of consoles especially) and then ransomed back to gamers.
It's a dastardly practice that disillusions gamers and makes them less likely to buy games. I can think of two or three games in the last fortnight I didn't buy because of the pending DLC racketeering. There were also two games I bought that I already had pirated because they were good enough to pay for and had all their content in the package (i.e., games released 6 months+ ago).
