Sorry the reason is I download the game on phone which is only Fat32 SD card and cannot save 4gb+ files, i transfer to pc to play my home is no internet allowed but phone is unlimited see my problem???

can you use your phone data at home? there's several apps that can share internet from your phone to the pc.
What you can do is select what files you want to download first in your torrent app.But i dont know about those 5gb bin files. since they are part of an installer i dont think they can be split.
