If you have the problem where you get stuck the loading screen before the main menu run the redist installers located in the Rust directory, be sure to leave the installers in the Rust directory and not delete them to prevent game issues.

To join a server press F1 at the main menu then type in the console:
net.connect ServerIP:Port
