im getting more and more bored of this every time....
it`s basically over hyping things most people can do.
combined with advertising the `famous` person and bear grylls product line.....

why the whining? just dont watch it. this episode was one of the best, I love to see another side to these athletes and actors, pushing their limits and confronting their fears. this show is AWESOME
