Rumpole Seasons 1-2 Volume 3 of 4 (Size: 1.04 GB)
Description
Here we have volume three and before the weekend as promised. Volume four is just about ready to roll and should be made available shortly based on seeding progress. That would complete Seasons one and twp in their entirety. Our plan was to have Seasons three and four additionally completed by next weekend and I am hoping there will be support for this when we make the timing decision at the appropriate point in the coming days. In any event it will all launch, its just a matter of having a clear indication of interest at the time.
One small note on choice of media player for desktop PC or laptop use, we have been recommending VLC for those that want flexibility in the types of subtitle files that can be used with a video file. VLC is lightweight and is quite useful for that purpose. The version just released (9.02) isnt as pleasant an interface however it does serve a need. That said, our products are only thoroughly tested and certified for divx compatible disc players and divx.com media player usage. Windows media player has also been used for our testing of this series, and quite satisfactorily sop indeed. That all said, there is an issue with VLC that will come up when playing one of the files using VLC (but not with any of the other reliable players mentioned) which is corrected nicely enough by changing a setting in the preferences section of your VLC player setup. Simply change the "input codecs"/demuxer option to "dont fix" to re-index. That will rid you of any spurious messages that would otherwise be annoying from time to time and are not an issue with the other players mentioned. VLC also sometimes displays an obliterated image when viewiing a video now and then, but only for a moment and then clears up. It isnt a bug free product but it does work to fill a need. This never happens with divx player etc in our experience with files that are clearly problem free altogether as indicated. We wouldn't make such an issue of it here, however apparently many in Europe especially do use VLC for subtitle needs ans DivX.com players can use external files only in SRT formats. Older versions of the DivX.com player are also less bulky and unweildly so who knows that will be the best solution for the future. we suggest you try whatever works best for your needs and our video files are completely usable with any of the players provided you have taken note of the points we make for you here and modify your strategy accordingly.
