Apologies if you grabbed this earlier, For some reason i made the audio VBR instead of CBR (just out of bed lol),

this shouldnt cause a problem but it seemed to cause sync errors.

I never have problems with audio sync so just uploaded them as normal,

it wasnt until i was told by someone who downloaded it that i realised i had used VBR instead of CBR....FFS!

So i encoded them again from the raw Mpeg recordings with CBR

This is a *PROPER* version, 100% audio/video sync & checked.
