Rogue Traders are an Australian rock band consisting of James Ash (keyboards), Danny Spencer (guitars), Cameron McGlinchey (drums) and Natalie Bassingthwaighte (lead vocals). They are best know for their hits 'Voodoo Child', 'In Love Again' and 'Watching You'. The groups third studio album 'Better In The Dark' was released in Australia on October 13th.
The album was produced by band member James Ash - who also produced the band's previous albums and the lead singer Natalie Bassingthwaite described the album as a step, a bit older and more grown-up. Better In The Dark has yielded 2 singles: 'Don't Wanna Feel', ' I never Liked You' and the upcoming third single, 'What You're On'.
The album debuted on the Australian ARIA Charts on October 22, 2007 at number 4 and was certified gold in its first week by ARIA. The album fell out of the top fifty after spending six weeks in it and re-entered two weeks later at number 48. The album has currently spent another 8 weeks in the chart. On its 15th week in the Aria Charts, the album made a jump from number 32 the previous week, to number 12 the following week in the Albums Chart.
'I Never Liked You' was the second single released from the album in January 2008 and peaked at number 9 on the Australian ARIA Singles Chart.
