this is definately a step up in quality!
Directly the Source with modified settings but without additional sharpening to preserve quality!

was a lot of work - took me some days, but with both great sources it was definately worth it!
Quality can be expected as seen on my ironman 3 version

so far we have only seen smy video source versions all in 720x30* something.
but i got lucky and got the original 720p cam which had great quality just needed some lovin.
yes it still had chinese subs as seen in chinese cinema.
only good thing is the lower subline is at the bottom of the video and can be cropped away easily without loosing too much video.
the higher subline is hardly visible, perhaps 10 times during the movie.


Personally i like the lower subline cropped but since there is no right way to do a subbed movie,
i decided to do 2 versions which will get out same time for you to choose from

Version 1: all subs left intact
Version 2: lower line cropped, hardly any subs left (only translated onscreen text)

Encode:

added brightness,contrast,sharpness,saturation, fixed rgb and white balance on both versions

for the cropped version i had to do additional work, there is a 3min scene with foreign language near the beginning
which had english translation below the chinese subline, due to cropping this translation would have been gone.
so i wrote a subfile with the english text and hardcoded it into the cropped version too, so can you still all read whats been said

For the Audio it was already nice line, still cleaned it through and resynced it to my video, 24 cuts and all should be lipsync now.
