Handbrake 0.9.9 VerySlow preset, 2-pass at 552 kbps video + audio is FAAC 80 kbps.
Source: The 720p source is dead. The -sd files were sourced from 480p MP4, so quality is worse than a typical 720p
would yield. The -avi files were sourced from AVIs (xvid), which is even worse quality to start with.
