Resident Evil Revelations (^^nosTEAM^^) + DLC + SweetFX for rerev

Install:
1. Mount or extract ISO.
2. Autoplay should work, if not choose either setup.cmd or the main bin exe.
3. Optionally install SweetFX for rerev after the installation from either the normal setup or can be reinstalled from the "utilities" folder.

This installer will install Resident Evil Revelations (^^nosTEAM^^) + DLC and
gives the option of installing SweetFX 1.5.1 and the SweeetFX_settings.txt file
made specifically for this game.

What's included:
1. Resident Evil Revelations (^^nosTEAM^^) release.
2. REREV DLC content. Pre-installed with (^^nosTEAM^^) release.
3. SweetFX Installer I built specifically for this installer. Optional
install. SweetFX uninstaller is will be located in the game folder, no
Add/Remove Programs entries.

Installation:
Install is easy as with any Inno Setup install. Very clean, very few registry
entries (just install/uninstall entries). When REREV finishes installing the
last page will give you options to install Microsoft Visual C++ (needed to play
the game) and to install SweetFX with the settings file.

Uninstallation:
REREV can be uninstalled normally via Add/Remove Programs or any other
uninstaller, but SweetFX uninstaller file will only be found in the REREV game
folder (allows for my other SweetFX Universal Installer to be used elsewhere on
a machine).
