About the film:

On Christmas Eve Lee Leander caught for shoplifting. This is her third offense. Her case is John Sargent. He asked the court to postpone the hearing, since it is difficult to obtain a conviction before Christmas. But John Lee sympathetic, frees her bail, but in the end takes home to his mother for Christmas.
