To use extract using Winzip or any other program like it. Open the Trainer, then open the game and press the keys for the corresponding cheat/hack you want. I've tested this out myself and it does work.

Numpad 0 = Infinite Health
Numpad 1 = Infinite Ammo
Numpad 2 = Infinite Focus
Numpad 3 = No Cooldown
Numpad 4 = Get Keys
Numpad 5 = Instant Level Up
