Can't See Menu Options Plz Help

Got prompt when loaded game that the DLC content is damaged, can't be loaded. Wants me to re-download it. Is there any way to fix the DLC files? I know where they are located in my folders but don't know what would cause them not to load. Any one else have this problem?
