Synopsis:
Captain Ivan Danko, nicknamed "Iron Jaw" is a ruthless police chief of Moscow's homicide division. Is sent to Chicago to take over a Russian drug dealer, was arrested for a traffic violation minor. Once in Chicago, Danko is designed to pair with the detective Arik Ridzik, a plainclothes informal famous for his penchant for shortcuts. Danko and Ridzik, as different as different their cultures, work closely and establish a unique relationship in which mixed humor and respect. The chase leads to a world of international drug trafficking controlled from inside Stateville Prison and makes Ridzik conflict with his superior, Commander Donnelly, when the two agents alternate police procedure "Soviet-style" and techniques Ridzik free market.
