Excellent quality, as are most PublicHD rips. Not sure what the other complaints were about. Downloaded and plays fine

For some reason the torrent would say 100% complete but would still be downloading something even after finished and when trying to watch it it would stop at parts in the movie. I had same problem with 3 other Torrents of this movie. No matter how long I had it running it wouldnt completely stop downloading even if it said 100%. Also once it hit 100% whatever els it was downloading was very slow.
