This is truly a superb horror movie. I loved this movie so much I had to leave a comment. It has been a long time since I jumped off my seat a few times (way too many). It has some of the scariest scenes I have ever seen (you'll know what I'm talking about). The way it's filmed helps us to live this "nightmare" as it was for real, as if it was a news article. The "suspension of disbelief" works unlike some other titles I have seen. I'm a big horror movie fan and I must tell you: you have to see this. I'm overwhelmed, I'm frightened, I'm suspicious, I can't even sleep... It really scared me big time. There's one particular scene (you'll know, believe me) that I do not recommend for those who are easily impressionable. Go see it. One of the best horror movies I have ever seen.

NOTEZ: As i told yesterday: For the last 4 days i have been experimenting more and diving deeper into the Divx 6.8 pro-codecs depths. And here are the results for you to judge. Extremely slow multipass vbr encodings and INSANE QTY settings (Dual-Core CPU took over 4 hours to make this REC encoding!). I don't believe that i can achieve any better quality than this with this codec. And it is the best codec in my opinion.

SUOMEKSI: Divx-koodaus (loistavaa laatua, hitainta koodausta, divx 6.8 pro - kesti yli 4 tuntia tuplaydinprosessorilla) ja subit jotka taatusti toimivat tuttuun tapaan minulta!!! Kaikki, myös subit, näkyy myös telkassa Dvd-soittimellasi kunhan se tukee divx-toistoa. Eipä muuta kuin NAUTI...



Juoni: Paikallistelevision pirteä ja viehättävä toimittaja Angela

(Manuela Velasco) seuraa kameramiehensä kanssa palomiesten elämää

öisessä Barcelonassa. Rutiininomaiselta vaikuttava hälytys johtaa

heidät kaupungin keskustassa sijaitsevaan pienkerrostaloon, jossa

jokin selittämättömän paha voima on päässyt valloilleen.



Hyvää: Ensin Orpokoti ja nyt [REC]. Espanjassa tuntuu vallitsevan

vahva kauhubuumi, eikä syyttä. Tulokset puhuvat puolestaan. [REC]

on lajityypissään keskinkertaista paremmin onnistunut sekoitus

George A. Romeron (Elävien kuolleiden yö) ja Danny Boylen

(28 päivää myöhemmin) tuotantoa Blair Witch Projectin - ja

iimeksi Cloverfieldin - dokumentaarisessa hengessä; klaustrofobista

kauhua videokameran rajallisen linssin läpi. Elokuva onnistuu

säikäyttämään muutaman kerran inhottavasti ja sen äänimaailma on

harvinaisen kammottava. Eikä tällainen sokkihoito vaadi edes

kohtuuttomasti aikaa. Lopputekstit alkavat pyöriä heti 70 minuutin

jälkeen.
