This is a rather amusing OVA, an example of heavily ecchi show that is still funny yet not stupid and too embarassing.
Sadly, it was released on DVDs with extremely bad video quality, probably due to various fails during mastering/authoring...
Encodes available so far (by Esc, Retrofit, C.U.T.E.) aren't very good or they actually add other failures on top of that ill starting point, so I had to make my own version just to be able to watch the OVA.
The result couldn't be made perfect, but I think it is finally a watchable representation of the animators' intents. See screenshots I guess.
