INSTALLATION :-
open folder start orb then open orb changer and open
windows 7 start button changer v2.6.exe then
open folder explorerframe
and open windows 7 navigation buttons customizer.exe
there is a folder themes copy a folder and a file radiance.them
and paste it to windows/resources/themes
open the universal theme patcher folder choose one of them x64 or x86 then open
then open folder take owner ship
and open reg file and you got it

then choose theme from Personalization
