Quran for Kindle witgh Index (mobi edition)

The kindle e-reader doesn't support arabic natively except for pdf files. Although a number of beautifully rendered Quran pdf files is available, they lack a very important feature which is the index.
This is a result of the kindle not supporting bookmarks embedded in pdf files.

To circumvent both problems, we have extracted the Quran pdf files into a series of images and used them to created an e-book with the appropriate index.
