is the OS ... sys 10 is incomplete, unstable and problematic... the MS spyware takes precedence over anything else u do. Games that will load and play no prob to windows 7 and 8 flop on windows 10.

For those who are running Windows 10 Home, do the following:

If you want gpedit, download and install it. It can be found in comments. This may not be needed since Windows 10 home does not come with the required GPOs to edit.

However, if you make a few registry edits you can enable them that way.

For those who want to install the game to a drive other than "C" Try this fix:

If you want have game on D: drive just copy: "Microsoft.QuantumBreak_1.5.0.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe" on D drive.
2. Then change this: cd C:Microsoft.QuantumBreak_1.5.0.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe to cd D:Microsoft.QuantumBreak_1.5.0.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe
