no they shouldn't conflict, i'll have to take a look when i get a chance, some games have this issue, but there is a simple fix for most.. will patch if needed.

if you don't mind it being in japanese then yes. A year or so ago there was an english patch in the works but never got anywhere, as is usually the case with fan run projects of that nature. looks like a great game but not being able to read japanese i can only enjoy the combat to an extent.
