Personally ... I would stay away from this one .... Currently, there's 3 or 4 4.x CFW (Rebug, Rogero, Ermac, SGK, maybe others) ... all of them need to installed over a 3.55 CFW but NOT using this method, but installing a pkg aside some other previous steps to ensure your ps3 does not brik...
This seems to me more of a OFW, and if you update to any OFW greater than 3.55 ... you're gone: no more HDD games nor homebrew apps ... and you cannot go back unless you have a hardware flasher and dev skills...\n
