Appreciate the up but the formatting errors and number of typos in both the epub and mobi version is pretty pathetic. If I had to guess I'd say this is a poorly converted pdf.

Never said it was retail! Thought I'd share the private torrent I found when no other public sites had this book up. My outdated dream machine hates conversions, so I never do them myself.
There are other versions uploaded now, if you so choose to proceed with another...
