Project2612 Genesis VGM Music Archive



This set of files includes an archive of Project2612 VGM Genesis and Mega Drive music files, another file with updates and additions since it's creation, a winamp plugin that can play these files, and a version of winamp that's compatible with the plugin.



VGM is a logged music format that allows songs to be looped the way they are in the game, and it's also much smaller than an encoded recording of the same music in most cases.



project2612.org is where you can find the original files at, as well as related information. It's a hassle to try to download every individual game, and their tracker isn't working yet.
