Sorry for the late reply. The answer is: this fix is an emulation of an iLok for PT10. So you will not need an iLok.

Since Heat is AAX DSP and TDM HD, I think it will be a while.
As of now there is no HEAT crack I have found anywhere... That could change in the near though.

Bounce to MP3? No. But if disk space is limited for you, you could always use "Audacity" (google it, it's 100% open source and free) and render your WAV into MP3 format with it. It also does other formats as well like FLAC, AAC, OGG, etc.
