Here I recommend English audio for 2 reasons. 1. English Audio is High Quality 5.1 surround while all other 3 Tracks are Medium Quality 2.0. 2. Studio Ghibli had to make whole movie and they had less Time/Resources for Japanese voice-overs. But Disney who did Only the Dubbing had time and resources for a good dub. (some say en dub better than jap!) Anyway, normally one doesn't watch this movie once, but 10 or 20 times :) So you can watch in all Languages/Subtitles. The English script is slightly different from Japanese Original. You can spot the differences just watching twice.
