The way it worked for me is : open "PrinceOfPersia.exe", it will display a small rectangular window, just then open "POP3.exe" and the game will run.

FYI , i played this game 2-3 years ago , i think this is to play the game ( even if there is cross on specs )
1- Press the launch button in the launcher, if button is greyed , ignore this step.\n
2- Double click the POP .exe or whatever the game application name is.\n
3- Do the upper both steps 2-3 times. The game will not load , just a black screen will appear and then i will go.\n
4- Now , go back , to the folder , containing the folder of files of pop .\n
5- U will see a configuration settings file , next to the folder containing the game files.\n
6- Copy the configuration file\n
7- Paste and replace it in the game folder. If it asks for replacement , replace it\n
8- Double click on the game application to run the game.
