Primeval, Series 3 Episode 9

This week not one, not two, but a whole herd of aggressive creatures bursts through an anomaly, creating havoc among a bunch of campers who are indulging in some quad biking, frisbee-throwing competitions and stag weekend high jinks. The invading prehistoric rhinos are charging about the countryside making as much noise as . . . well a herd of rhinos, yet the campers seem totally unaware of their existence, even when they're thundering across a field towards them like the Magnificent Seven riding into town. Meanwhile, Abby's trapped in a tent with a half-naked man and Connor's hurtling round the country lanes in a go-kart in a most unconvincing way. But we should forgive the less-than-gripping early part of this episode because, once the rhinos are safely dispatched back to wherever they came from, someone from the past, or more accurately the future, arrives at the ARC. Without giving away their identity and spoiling the surprise, this person has the power and the guts to change everything.
