Trama del film Priest:

Il film è ambientato in un mondo alternativo, un mondo devastato per secoli da lotte tra uomini e vampiri. La storia si svolge attorno alla figura leggendaria di un Prete Soldato (Paul Bettany), distintosi nell'ultima Guerra dei Vampiri, che ora vive nelle tenebre insieme agli altri esseri umani, oppressi in città murate e distopiche governate dalla chiesa. Quando sua nipote (Lily Collins) viene rapita da un gruppo di vampiri assassini, il Prete scioglie i voti per iniziare una caccia ossessiva per trovare la nipote prima che diventi un vampiro. Lo accompagnano in questa crociata il fidanzato di lei (Cam Gigandet), uno sceriffo della terra di nessuno dal grilletto facile e una ex Sacerdotessa Guerriera (Maggie Q) che possiede capacità di combattimento dell'altro mondo.
