Episode 13 - Ghost of a Chance, Part 1 (05/19/2008)



Camille and a Rinshi Beast begin to attack the city. The Rangers enter the scene and take on the Beast. After a brief battle, the Rangers defeat the Beast, who immediately grows. The Rangers summon the Jungle Pride Megazord with Elephant Power. The Megazord breaks through the Beast's barrier. The Beast takes the skies and is followed by the Jungle Pride Megazord with Bat Power. The Rangers defeat the Beast with the Shark Formation. Back at Dai Shi's Lair, Dai Shi continues to get stronger from his training. Camille reports the battle. Jellica attacks Camille for her failure. Dai Shi asks to spare her life. Carnisoar enters the scene and presents his Shadow Guards to defeat the Power Rangers. The teens return back to the Parlor to enjoy their sweet victory. Fran wonders why they are always away from their job. RJ summons them upstairs for a meeting.The teens question RJ when they will get their Master Tattoos. Casey boasts that they are unbeatable. RJ warns them about being overconfident and tells them to practice their basics. Dai Shi prepares his plan.



Dai Shi summons the Rangers. RJ feels that there is something different about Jarrod. The teens head into battle. the teens morph into action and fight Dai Shi and the Shadow Guards. Yellow Ranger uses the powers of the Cheetah to take on Dai Shi. Blue Ranger breaks free from the Shadow Guard's grip and takes on Dai Shi with the Swoop Technique. Red Ranger takes his turn and summons the Strike Rider Cruise. Dai Shi deflects the Cruise High Speed attack. The Rangers summon the Claw Cannon. Dai Shi blocks the attack and defeats the Rangers with the Black Lion attack. As Dai Shi is about to defeat the Rangers, RJ makes his appearance and challenges Dai Shi. Dai Shi orders RJ to surrender himself to protect his students. RJ surrenders and tells the Rangers that they know what to do.



The teens head back to the Parlor, where Fran starts her lecture. The teens are too depressed to talk to her. Fran questions where RJ is. Back at Dai Shi's lair, Dai Shi presents RJ's capture. Dai Shi wants to destroy RJ as a gift to the Overlords. He proposes a fight to the Arena. Jellica mentions that there are no more living masters. The teens plan for the next attack. Casey tells his friends to start the basics, by returning to the Forbidden Room. Camille places RJ in a dungeon. RJ tells Camille that the Overlords underestimates the Power Rangers. The teens arrive to the Forbidden Room. The teens find the symbols of the Gorilla, Penguin, and Antelope. Master Mao appears and informs the Rangers about the remaining Pai Zhuq Masters. He informs the Rangers that the Masters reside in the Spirit World, a world where no one has ever returned. Master Mao refuses to help the Rangers. Dai Shi delivers RJ's meal. RJ tries to make the best of his situation. The teens beg Master Mao for his help. Master Mao opens the door to the Spirit World. The teens enter the portal.



The teens arrive in Spirit World, where they are greeted by 3 warriors, each bearing a Master Symbol. The teens struggle against the three warriors. After a fierce battle, the three warriors defeat the teens. One of the warriors tells them that they "should not have come here".
