Description

Fedoraville is a town right out of a 1950s that may have been. Build scenes that fit with the era - Fedoraville, where men wore ties to work and enjoyed a martini and newspaper after work - honey, Im home! This set contains seven publicly released models, plus a bonus model that is only available as as part of the complete set.

----

Fedoraville 1950s Gas Station R2

The Fedoraville 1950s Gas Station is a full service station, with gas, air and a full auto service center. Realistic signage, oil company branded goods, store/office, auto garage and even a complete rest room - everything you need to depict this iconic location.

1950s Drive In Theatre R2

They have almost completely disappeared from the byways of America - the Drive in Theatre. During the 1950s and 60s - a favorite for teens! Includes a preset version, with placed buildings and car speakers. Includes also an admissions drivethru booth, full screen, roadway signage, safety wall and complete silver screen - and then into the actual drive in. Visit the concessions building, where you can get popcorn from an era specific popcorn machine and plunk coins into a gumball machine. Walk through into the projection room, complete with projectors, reel cases, an old clock to track start times and more.

Chubby Burger 1950s Drive In Restaurant R2

Another disappearing phenomenon - the drive in restaurant! During the 1950s, these restaurants did not feature a drive thru window - instead, a waitress would bring your food to your car, and you could eat off of a tray that attached to your car door. These restaurants could (as this one) have both outdoor seating and indoor seating. The Chubby Burger has a giant burger display, and oversweeping awnings for parked cars. Inside, a complete restaurant, with counter and kitchen, complete seating, and additional props - even burgers, fries and pop! Includes also a complete restroom and...a cigarette machine.

American Diner R2

Gleaming chrome and a clock sign says it time for a burger and a cherry coke at American Diner! Sit in a booth or at the counter, listen to the Wurlitzer jukebox and pour on as much ketchup and mustard as you like. Includes a stocked kitchen too.

----

1950s Donut Shop R2

Sit down, have a cup of coffee and a fresh donut! Comet Donuts - with 1950s style branding - is an attractive single floor building with a broad roof that allows outside seating and gleaming chrome supports. Inside, a full counter, with glass displays showing trays of donuts. In the kitchen, you'll find old style mixers and fryers, as well as cooling racks.

1950s Radio Station R2

Rock and roll! This 1950s radio station comes with a main building and towers - with all letters in the alphabet available to make this radio station your own! Enter through the chrome and glass lobby, and head past the On Air signs to the studios. One room includes a set of recording equipment and musical instruments for live renditions; also with a soundproofed DJ studio with records! There is a front reception area, as well as an industrial power room in the back to power the radio station.

1950s Small House R2

The Fedoraville 1950s small house is not a large house, but clean and well loved. It is a modern home, with an attached garage. The kitchen is small, but equipt with a freezer and modern range and oven - and even some appliances such as a chrome toaster and blender. Move into the living room, where a space age lamp brightens conversation in a dark wood paneled room- with a look out back to a comfortable patio. Up the stairs leads to two bedrooms, as well as a small but complete bathroom (with bath!).

----

1950s Record Store R2

Head over to Vinyl Records, the Fedoraville record store where all the cool cats hang out! Includes a front and back store section, with wall and floor record displays, cash register and even places to sit down to enjoy the latest 45's in a separate listening room.

This model is the bonus model of Fedoraville Buildings Volume 1 and only available in the set Fedoraville Buildings Volume 1 Complete Edition.

(note: Unfortunately, the Poser/D|S compatible demo scene is missing from the Record Store. I tried sending it to D|S from Bryce, but all the textures were lost, or, more accurately, all surfaces used the same texture, so it looked like someone sprayed everything with concrete. I don't have time to figure it out...)
