Everyone of these PGDM files is junk. I haven't seen one yet that worked. There's a few people that make the claim that they do, but that's all crap. So you can take it for what it is worth, and try it yourself.

The installers, are missing files or they just plan hang up.
As an installer creator, I can personally tell you that who ever re packaged them was an idiot....
