2) Copy Paste skidrow.ini in Installation main folder

That's exactly what i did. It also need the updated steam files such as steam_api.dll, Steamclient.dll. Usually, any update would include them. The latest update before this is from Pinball FX2 Build 15 10 2015 Update Incl DLC-GHoSTCR3W. Maybe I downloaded but did not install it for some reason. Thanks though
