Microsoft has done a great job in giving a lot of customization options to its users on Windows 7, in form of Windows 7 Themes and customization options, BUT these are only available to users using Windows 7 ultimate or home premium and are missing from Windows 7 Starter and Home Basic edition. You can’t change your wallpapers, use the Aero effect and it doesn’t even have the “Personalize” option in the Desktop context menu. A lot of users have asked if there was a way to use Microsoft themes on Windows 7 Home Basic or Starter editions, and now you have an answer !! Simply install this small patch and now can easily download themes based on your interest and personalize your PC according to your taste. Enjoy !!

Install Note :-
1> Extract
2> Run the patch as administrator
3> Wait for some time and reboot your PC !!

Uninstall :-
1> Run the patch again as administrator
3> Wait for some time and reboot your PC !!
