It seems the so-called esteemed release groups have failed to provide a quality copy of this album thus far, with all copies either containing errors or being extremely low volume for one reason or another.
Thus, here is a multi release.

ALL formats ripped directly from CD, no transcoding
ALL files have perfect volume, and also inclue ReplayGain information.
CD was ripped with C2 and advanced detect & repair correction (No errors found).
