Unzip with 7-Zip and burn or emulate with Alcohol 52 or any DVD burning program. Ripped straight from my copy of the game, with Alcohol 52 on June 16, 2008. The mini image was created by me, so I could delete the 4+gb file that was eating my server\'s hard drive.
