To keep your journals organized, you'll find Papers is not unlike iTunes: smart groups can be created so that you don't have to worry about what papers are stored in what folder. The Help section in Papers is particularly thorough and having the forums integrated into the interface with tips and tricks available any time is really useful. The Help center itself provides lots of guides to fully master the program. You'll be able to open multiple journals or search results in tabs, add comments and notes and even share documents easily with other people.
