Packet Tracer 7.0 new features
Packet Tracer 7.0 is a major Packet Tracer release with major improvements and new features : new Cisco switch and routers, SPAN/ERSPAN, improved server device, ... IE2000 Industrial switch
The IE2000 industrial switch included in Packet Tracer 7.0 runs IE2000-UNIVERSALKP-M 15.2(1)EY software version. It features 8 FastEthernet interfaces and 2 Gigabit Ethernet interfaces. Several Precision Time Protocol (PTP) sample labs using IE2000 switch are shipped with Packet Tracer 7 as high precision clock synchronization is required for industrial networks
